Our Policy


We hope you love whatever you’ve ordered from Ophelia & Indigo but if for some reason it’s not right, customers can return unworn items (labels intact and in original packaging please) for a refund or store credit within 14 days of receipt of goods. We also offer exchanges, subject item availability. 

Once we have reviewed your return and checked it, we will begin the refund/exchange process.   

We do however, reserve the right to reject items that do not meet the requirements of our returns policy. They will be returned to you and will be subject to a $15/£10 restocking fee.

We do not accept returns on sale items that are discounted 30% off or more.  


US Customers

Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID.   Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.

Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.

Send all the items back to us using the label provided in original packaging.

Refunds will be issued within 10 days of us receiving your item(s) though we will occasionally take longer at busy times throughout the year. Please allow up to a further 7 days for your refund to be processed by your bank.


International Customers

Please send your package back via the carrier of your choice. We recommend you send your package via a trackable method. Please send to:
