The dramatic scoop neckline is edged in an oversized ruffle and sits over a smocked bodice. Made from our beautiful pink and blue dandelion block print in organic cotton, it has puff sleeves, a long full skirt and is finished with a beautiful broderie anglaise-edged hem.
