Delivery

United States

Orders over $125 are delivered free in the United States using USPS. Orders under $125 cost $7. 

Please allow up to three days for your order to be processed and up to 7 days to receive your package. You will receive tracking once your item has been sent. 

The rest of the world

U.K

Shipping to the UK is £10 which will be added at checkout. Duties and taxes have been included. 

Please allow up to ten working days for your parcel to reach you as it has to be shipped from the US before being sent from the UK to your address. We use Royal Mail signed for. 

Please note: UK orders are final sale at this time. 

Other countries

We charge $25 to ship to all other international destinations. 

They are sent by registered courier. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery. You will receive tracking once your package has been sent. Please contact the courier with your tracking information for shipping updates. 

All international orders are final sale.

Duties, taxes and customs charges are the customers responsibility and will range from 20percent to 40percent. We are unable to provide an estimate. 

Returns

Our policy

(This applies to customers in the United States Only. We are unable to process returns from other countries at this time.)

We hope you love whatever you’ve ordered from Ophelia & Indigo but if for some reason it’s not right, you can return it for free. 

Customers based in the United States can return unworn items (labels intact and in original packaging please) for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of goods. 

Once we have reviewed your return and checked it, we will begin the refund/ exchange process. 

We do however, reserve the right to reject items that do not meet the requirements of our returns policy. They will be returned to you and will be subject to a $15 restocking fee. 

Lost / damaged returns? We are not liable for missing parcels or damages incurred upon shipping.

How to return your item

Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID.

Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.

Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email. 

Send all the items back to us using the label provided in original packaging. 

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of us receiving your item(s). Please allow up to a further 7 days for your refund to be processed by your bank.

Wash Care

We recommend that you wash your Ophelia & Indigo item on a cool machine wash with similar colors. Line dry. Do not use the tumble dryer. Use a warm iron if needed. 

We advise against dry cleaning.
